Design

Our design process start form the market research.The marketing department study the kind of product and the target price and saleability in the market.

All our equipment born from our research and development department, everithing starts on a white sheet.By the brain storming technic our engeenering sketch and develope our high end products.

Production

To managing our production our manager select the best internals and externals operators.
Our products are tested by automatic tests directly installed in the machine during the production.
The automatic testig checks that there are no any electrical problems and checks the operation of the sensors.

After the machine get checked from automatic test , start the human check where the operator will check that there are no any functional anomalies and looking for a aesthetic defect.

After the quality control the machine will arrive to the packaging department where the machine will be packed.

In the packaging department the machine will also get the lot and serial number, to ensure the traceability of the product.

By the tracking we can know the following data:
•   Producer of each component of the machine
•   Month and year of production
•   Who have mounted the machine
